I don't think people have made a drastic turn...

The things you list are all his responsibility.

We had some issues last season and they haven't been resolved.

We don't know our best team, there isn't a single place in the side where we couldn't argue who should be playing, perhaps with the exception of tettey.

we need to start seeing some green shoots of recovery. I don't really see a superior team to the one we had last season, and the tinkering with line ups has cost us our identity and purpose.
