I've had time to calm down a little now, removing Neil isn't the answer

I would keep him till the end of the year.
The changes that need to be made are on the pitch. If he wanted to play mulumbu and oneil yesterday then you dont play wes on the left. I would have preferred jarvis in there, or olsson left backto push brady on.
I think at home we need to go 442, or more of a 4411.

If you are going one up top then get a player in the middle that will drive forward to supply, this means sticking howson in the middle or dorrans.

The last couple of games I have heard mumblings about tactics etc and I dont want to jump on the neil out bandwagon but a couple of things have frustrated me.

Also i think ruddy should be brought back in, I dont think Dec can command his area quite so well.
