And not at all ideal. But then you have to learn somewhere. It's not fair to say that he's clueless as he has in the past shown good tactical nous.
The problem for us is that we're fast reaching a crossroads where we have to decide as a club if we're going to back him and watch him develop, accepting the mistakes on the way? Or do we chase the money of the Premier and sack him hoping that someone else can come in and steer the ship towards calmer waters.
I guess that depends on the board's plan for the club. Clearly something isn't working at the moment so the board have to take a look at things and assess the situation.
