You have to accept that Norwich is in Tier 3 of a 3 level

Premier league and would be doing fantastically to finish 17th considering the competition. Is Alex Neil the guy to get you to 17th or higher? I really don't know. I doubt
the players ability more than the managers to tell you the truth. 90% of this squad wouldn't get a game in a mid table team.
