main course was pan fried haddock with a pistachio and cashew nut herb crust served with colbert potatoes, samphire, parsnip puree and a white wine clam and prawn butter sauce dressed with pea shoots and a fig and balsamic dressing and a truffle and herb oil infusion. cooked by me from scratch.
