that's more than enough to get the quality needed to stay up and develop the squad.... if it is spent well.
Our problems in attracting players are not because we don't have the money. Sure, it may help slightly if we can throw 80k per week at a player instead of 40k per week - but that alone still won't enable us to attract top players. I don't think our money, or lack of it, is the obstacle to becoming established in the Prem. It may, however, be an obstacle in us becoming a team that can challenge for the European places.
