Does SAN need a hand?

I think he's clearly doing everything himself. Gary Holt seems a good sort but can't see he is ever deserving of being a Premier League first team coach.

As for Mcavoy, does anyone actually know what he does? He appears to have literally no pedigree in professional football other than being Alex Neil's assistant. I get the impression he's just a BBC guy but slightly concerning if he's actively coaching the team and taking training imo.
