What has happened to the man-manager, motivator and

major strategist that is Alex Neil? I'm a great AN fan but if something doesn't change quickly we are going down. I think his biggest problem at the moment is that he doesn't actually know what his best team is and he has certainly lost the knack of getting tactics right. We are now getting very close to that time when the worst thing the Club can do is nothing.
