yep, we really need players to be performing above their normal level

to be really competitive in this league. Very difficult for a manager to sustain that throughout a season, even if we do have a big squad.

Was the same last time, only Snodgrass and Fer interested other Prem teams - and they both went to teams who were relegated. Most of our squad are borderline Prem/Champ players at best.
