Supremely confident in all they say which makes you think they are more competent than they are.

He's not clueless like some of our previous managers but since Newcastle he's really struggled and it's clear he doesn't know how to set us up nor does he appear capable of effecting games through substitutions. We also turn in a lot of flat performances. Makes you wonder if the players really believe in what they are being asked to do.
