Belief is the key

Neil has a real problem with rallying the troops. The upside is that we still have time to turn it around. With Hughton it was too late. That's not me saying we should get rid, just that the psychological side can still be addressed. We should try to find out what Leicester did last season to arrest their slump under Pearson.
