I'm self employed so I paid my tax last Jan and July like they asked me to. But I didn't

really earn as much as normal and so my tax bill for this january was ?0 (zero) and for the summer it's ?200.

My accountant says I'm due a rebate - any of you know when it'll arrive? Or do I have to apply? I was a bit laid back about the whole thing when I was told but now my accountant has effed off out of the country for a month and I don't want HMRC to have my money for any longer than is necessary
