Am I right in thinking Chelsea (h) could be moved if they draw in FA Cup?

Their game v Man City is on weekend of Feb 20, which would make any replay 10ish days later, i.e. same day we're down to play them on Tues 1 March...

Given how few midweeks there are, odd that the PL schedule a round in a week when they know several could have to move
