If this is accurate then it shows the extent of Leicester's achievements. Only spending 10K PA a year more than us.

We are third bottom, although I would suspect that Bournemouth and Watford are under-estimates, bearing in mind how many players they have both signed. It wouldn't surprise me if we had the smallest wage bill in the division.
