About Alex Neil...

I think Alex Neil is a very talented manager but he's made far too many mistakes this season and they may cost us our place in the league unless he starts getting it right quickly. Up or down he's the man I want in charge but he's certainly not immune from criticism this season. There have been fundamental errors in team selection, poor substitutions and clearly some poor defensive coaching, most starkly evident at set pieces.
