If anyone has kids (13-18) looking for work experience...

...in a retail Bank (branch) then TSB's scheme is now open for applications.

No idea how good it is or what hoops have to be jumped through to get on it (eg may need to be a customer?), but could be worth looking at if only for CV building.

You can complete nominations online from today until 15 April ? just go to www.tsbcareers.co.uk and click on the tab marked ?work experience?. Customers can also apply in the same way. Remember, spaces are limited and the scheme is popular, so get your nominations in quick!

What is work experience?
This is where a student between 13 and 18 years old can spend a week with us in a branch or a Telephone Banking centre.
They can fully experience our working environment and our TSB values, as well as gaining an understanding of banking.
They?ll have a nominated point of contact during the week and a log book to complete relevant to the business area they?re in.
It?s a fantastic opportunity for students to have their first encounter of the working world, within a carefully structured programme. "
