The focus on young prospects feels like a bit of a strategy to me

Didn't Neil blood a lot of young players when he was at Hamilton? I did wonder when we got him whether the plan was to try and develop a team philosophy based (partly) around younger players. I think that Freiburg do something similar in Germany.
