Their business model is flawed too,

They've been trying to sell them at too high a price when other competitors are making the same devices for much lower cost. Their CEO even admitted that they priced them too high.

A lot of their business was via mounting GoPros to drones but now the drone manufacturers are building their own cameras into their drones. GoPro have said that they are building a drone to rival the likes of DJI but I think it's too little, too late. They're already so far behind the main drone manufacturers that unless it's really special, they're doomed to fail.

Also in the last few weeks they just laid off around 10% of their workforce. Things are not looking good for them in the imaging space.
