Not a popular view but.........

I'm glad we didn't buy Bamford with the buy back clause.

I know we would have turned a profit but I think getting him on loan is a better long term deal for the club considering our position.

I think he is a quality young player who clearly has a huge sell on potential if he does well.

The good news is if he does well we will probably stay up and then be in a good position to add to the squad next season.
