Why is it still being reported? Is it his agent working hard to conjure up some interest in him?

Reading between the lines (dangerous thing to do, I know), I think SAN might not have been too impressed by his attitude and has moved on. Can someone remind me of the player that SAN didn't sign after meeting in the summer?
