This what you should do.............

Go to the Norwich Waterfront venue on Fri or Sat night for an indie club night until 3:30am. A lot of the music is 80's & 90s, there are different areas with different music in each, there's no dress code and it's quite cheap.

Stay at the stadium hotel

Eat at Yellows

Drink at Witherspoons on Riverside

Go the the cinema on Riverside

Do a walk around Strumpshaw Fen to freshen everyone up.
