HALLER: "NOT GOING TO PLAY FOOTBALL AT NORWICH"

FC Utrecht seemed Sebastien Haller losing to Norwich City. The clubs had already agreed on the transfer fee, but Haller saw the transfer did not sit.
FC Utrecht had to Norwich City reached an agreement on a transfer fee of ? 8.5 million, but came with Haller then not talk about a contract. The attacker did not sit down to play soccer at the bottom of the Premier League.
