It's difficult to ignore the blunder, and it was magnified by the fact we'd already given away a two goal lead by that stage so there wasn't much goodwill remaining.
It seemed to arise from him not wanting to hoof it and taking a touch, which I presume was an order from AN.
It was a bad decision, and defending is a lot to do with making good decisions, but we already knew he is an average defender. There's no need for a witch hunt or massive overreaction.
I'm all for moving on.
