Championship would have more spending power than Norwich? Assuming Boro, Hull come up, and probably one of Derby or Sheff, is anyone left down there that has more dollars to throw at promotion than Norwich? I'm
assuming Villa will be in a bit of financial hurt. Not sure about Sunderland.
