Planning 8 weeks but allow 10. May be accepted as delegated authority and not need committee vote by 7 weeks

Build 8 weeks

Cost approx ?1000 per m2. Any sinks, big extras in the room could put it up, presume painting and elects etc in that price. That's price for a shell in Norfolk at least. Obviously could be ?100 either way.
