Communication

Personally the comment from Naismith after the game about a 'lack of communication' through the team is my biggest concern....

My guess would be that 'big dave' doesn't shout due to the fact his English is poor (so a confidence thing), which would be stark contrast from the G.Holt era, other midfielders are possibly not showing leadership skills either and Rudd in goal (who I think will be class) maybe not being vocal enough.

Hoping that when AT and GON return to the side that this will change.
