Good piece. My view is that....

We had a great xmas period with 3 wins from 4 games.
This must have given the team some confidence.

We then did the typical Norwich thing and totally dismissed the FA Cup. Losing breeds insecurity and hence we took that into Stoke and Bournemouth. Now we have to build it up again. Hopefully the new signings will bring some added verve into the team.

Gary ONeil has been great for us. He made an error. All players do.
