You question down there vvvv about nannies.

We have a full time nanny as both me and my missus work full time. We did everything through this lot:

They give you everything you need (e.g. template contract), and take care of all the tax stuff, signing you up for stuff and sending you monthly pay slips explaining what you have to pay your nanny, and reporting everything to HMRC to you pay the right tax/NICs for your nanny. They take almost all the work away, both set up and ongoing.

I would strongly recommend you use them or someone similar, unless you have a lot of time on your hands to read all the necessary guidance at HMRC, knock up a contract etc yourself. And given that you're in the market for a nanny, my guess is you're not time rich!
