Theres a few issues with redders ...

He's clearly a form / streak player and he does seem to have dips in form. He's also our most explosive talent.
He will clearly do better in a attacking and counter attacking system and needs a number 10 who can give him chances and space and that's hard in a system when he's expected to play as a part of a defensive midfield 5 rather than attacking 3.
He's not been helped by the lack of creativity from midfield recently, however he is really lacking in confedence right now, I've seen him with crossing opportunities that he's chosen not to take and chances to attack the full back that he's chosen to pass inside instead.
