vmt - was crying out for the centre forward to at least run the channels

and stretch their defence a bit - especially with their full backs pushing on so much.

Mbokani was too static and too central, so they could easily crowd him out by closing all the space between their defence and midfield. He didn't have the time or space to link the play. Unfortunately it would probably have been an ideal time to play Grabban.
