He's not as good as he is made out to be. Worth persisting with as he's got talent but

He's made mistakes this season and there have been quite a few games where we've not been at the races for long periods. Team selections have also been a bit all over the place and the right back/centre back situation has been a fiasco all season.

I have sympathy for him as he's not been backed as he should have been but perhaps a stronger, more experienced manager would have forced their hand.
