Haller - insight from Utrecht

I have a friend in Utrecht, whose son plays for one of their youth teams. I asked him about Haller, who he rates highly, although he says he is "just about EPL standard, but will improve more". Interestingly, he says Utrecht HAVE to sell him to someone in this transfer window because the club is in a massive financial crisis. I guess his agent is holding out for the best offer he can get. If he wants European football then I doubt he'll get it next season with any English club.
