I think he was insinuating that you've been nowhere near penetrating a

vagina.

However muff refers to the pubic hair around the vagina, so said poster is in fact showing his ignorance of the term by suggesting that you hadn't been "in" pubic hair. A feat which is of course quite impossible and therefore not surprising that you had not achieved.
