Was out earlier so couldn't wip together a quick spreadsheet with my workings on.

Have just done so, and could also not find a single workable solution using the constraints that each letter must be 1-9 (e.g. non zero).

Be interested to hear what your daughter's teacher says now though, especially with the wrath consensus growing haha
