not bad - but they are basically second tier prizes

finishing between third and sixth to reach the play-off final in 2002 and 2015 doesn't really have the same allure and status as reaching a national cup final and playing in Europe.

They were great days out, but were ultimately a means to an end (getting promoted), rather than an end in itself like winning a cup would be.
