Judging by his persona

Unlike someone other lesser managers/"leaders" who when the going gets tough hide behind excuses to save their own blushes

Alex Neil certainly seems like someone who is man enough to face up to stuff promptly and move on without being complainy and negative etc

If a player isn't priced at the amount he thinks they're worth, then there's no point buying (or selling)

I just like how he conducts himself tbh in his chosen business of (guess: _ o _ t _ a _ _ )
