Problem is

Most of them get relegated that season or season after.

Birmingham won league cup then following year relegated
Wigan won f.a then relegated same year
Hull finalist then relegated
Villa last year- tbc.
Not worth risk at moment.

Id rather concentrate on league, get tv money next season, improve stadium, then have a crack at it.
