I say...

Stick the money in the bank, try and get a half decent striker in on loan till the end of the season. Sack Worthy at the end of the season. Get a new guy in during the summer. Give him a chance to access who he wants to keep and who needs to go and give him the Deano money, some parachute money and any money from sales.
