So just how does NCFC actually go about the process of bidding for foreign players?

Does McNally and/or some minion send an email to a club asking about a player in English, or do they use google translate to put together some falty Italian? or do they phone up and speak loud English or do they hire translators/interpreters to do the talking and writing?

And how do the clubs know that the person who's writing them the mail is who he says he is?
