Don't get me wrong, I've critized him for being a bit slack in recent weeks too

And it is frustrating at times but he's also played key parts in terms of assists in the recent games too. I'm sure though that with experience and guidance he'll go on to learn to become more effective instead of disappearing for parts of the game. The improvement in the last year leaves me excited to see if he can continue that improvement into the new year.
