Got a pain in my right side around 20th, haven't drank much since. If I have I've had 2 pints of guinness across a whole night out and have been sipping it

Cos it's the right side, I dunno what I've pissed off (gut, liver, pancreas, gal stones etc). If it was on the left I'd have just assumed it was gerd and carried on. It's not that bad, but it's been a pretty dry festive pants :)
