No Wes, no win - is so simplistic

Neil knows what he's doing. Wes vs Villa as we face more chance of winning that game than we did today.

Playing Wes til he burns out which will be a hell of a lot sooner if that means playing 90 minutes every single week is a bit silly imho.

At his age, he needs to be used when he's most effective.

I hope we find a longer term replacement for him in the not too distant future, but until then I trust what our manager is doing with resting him today.
