Not without big investment from somewhere,

Just look at all the clubs in the Premier league these days. Those that have cemented a place seem to have big coin behind them. I think until such a day that we can get someone to invest in the club we will remain a bit of a yo yo club.

I know that big investment is not always a guarantee (e.g.QPR) but there's only so far you can get without it.
