Ruddy story only made the news as we're Premier League. Archant wouldn't have touched it as an exclusive as they're too scared to ruin their relationship with the club. They might be re-reporting it now though as it's already out there.

If this had happened last Xmas, we wouldn't have heard about it unless we'd heard rumours on message boards. I bet stuff like this happens all around the country.
