Tough weekend for us

Suspect 3rd bottom is roughly where we deserve to be at this stage of the season though. Too many errors, not enough bringing home the bacon so far. We can all see that we have a lot of characteristics usually found in relagation teams.

As football fans of course it's tempting to conclude that whatever happened this weekend will be repeated every single weekend from now. Which is of course nonsense. But one can't help but think we might be down to only four potential relagation teams - us, Swansea, Sunderland and Villa. And of those four, Sunderland have Alladici and Swansea have a much superior squad to us.

Worrying times. Need three or four big performances in a row now, or the table could look ugly by the turn of the year.

In a dark ugly corner of my mind, there's a close telling me that we might take up indefinite residence in the bottom three now. Bleak.
