Well since everyone's getting their gripe in, I'll take my turn

Given the fact that the club have probably the lowest spending power to purchase players given wage restrictions, my biggest disappointment over the years has been the continued lack of productivity regarding
young players and overseas acquisitions. You would think that the Board would have devoted more resources and energy into these two areas but I can't see any meaningful results coming from either direction. The youth system seems to be able to produce League 1 or Championship level talent but not much else, and where are the players from outside the UK? Ricky, Mbokani, Yobo, Lafferty? Yikes. Whether the club get relegated or not, it just seems yo-yo status will never be improved until some of the structural issues for getting talent to the club gets settled.
