this happened several weeks ago and Worthington got slaughtererd on here for making the switch. Yet McV had CLEARLY given the sub signal, and was 'upset' in the dugout not because he's been taken off but because again his calf muscle had prevented him finishing 90 minutes. Its a problem hes had for nearly 2 years. He rarely finishes any games he starts
