Mrs J1 had a day off work to enable the cooker repairman access only for him to say
he couldn't pull the oven out to gain access to the back off it and for him to leave
She is obviously a bit annoyed*, and we have already paid an upfront invoice of ?165
FUCK, FUCK, FUCKETTY FUCK, FUCK - I don't need this grief and I can't afford to double pay - the customer service man said he couldn't do anything until the engineers report comes through which could be 48 hours
