Sam Allardyce and Tony Pulis

There is a reason why Chairmen are happy to pay them ?3M per year (basic). When there is so much TV money (and a club's future) at stake risk adverse Chairmen are keen to appoint someone who is the best bet to keep a team up.
So their style of football may not be pretty, but experience definitely counts for something.
