right, so switching to 3g and turning off 4g is what you want?

couple of things to think about.

some companies have apps which use wifi over network for weak home signal such as three at home.

see if your network has an app like that?

alternatively, i'd recommend tasker or ifttt.

They are apps which have a if this happens then do this.

tasker i think is harder to get but they do the same thing and i would imagine what you want is a 'if my phone is connected to signal mast x, then switch to 3g, else, 4g.

you can definitely do that with tasker, would imagine the other might as well.
